Global IT Infrastructure Lead - Desktop & Server Support

Surbana Jurong Manila is looking for an IT Operations Engineer to manage the day-to-day provisioning, installation, configuration, and maintenance of global systems infrastructure. You will support Surbana Jurong users via Helpdesk channels and act as an escalation point for complex incidents.

Responsibilities include patch management, disaster recovery, security, and continual improvement across Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange/Office 365, and virtualization platforms.
