Global Intercompany Analyst

Job Description Summary

The ICO Analyst is responsible for accurate monitoring, analysis, and resolution of ICO activities to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with BD accounting policies and SOX control requirements. The role supports month‑end close activities, focuses on ageing and discrepancy resolution, and works closely with multiple stakeholders such as Supply Chain, Intercompany teams, accounting teams, and BPO organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze various balance sheet accounts for ICO with a focus on aged and high‑risk items.
• Investigate discrepancies between goods receipts, invoices, and purchase orders.
• Ensure timely resolution and documentation of any ICO issue.
• Support monthly close activities and balance sheet integrity.
• Prepare ageing reports and maintain reconciliations in BlackLine.
