Global Indirect Procurement Senior Manager

**Description**

This role will be instrumental in supporting the Science⁃Based Target glide path, empowering ELC to reach its sustainability goals by engaging targeted suppliers. Moreover, this person will drive the development and growth of diverse and small businesses in the supplier base, enabling equitable participation in the ELC supply chain. Successful candidates must work well in a fast⁃paced and ambiguous environment, and will be working alongside highly collaborative and entrepreneurial colleagues. This role will influence approx. 100 million across FC and FM Core.

+ Further developing and executing the category strategy for FM & FC by driving market intelligence, technology and suppliers' capabilities that match ELC's needs
+ Partner with the business on specific technology projects to secure the right equipment and aftersales services
