Global IFM Partner & Performance Lead

LEGO Group in Monterrey, Mexico seeks a seasoned Integrated Facility Management professional to lead external IFM partners across catering, cleaning, landscaping, pest control, and reception services. You will own performance, drive KPI scoring, audits, and ensure compliant delivery.

You will develop SOPs with partners, gather end-user feedback, manage budgets, PO payments, and close cooperation with global IFM teams to maintain high service quality.
