Global HR Operations Specialist (Workday & Onboarding)

Glencore seeks an HR Services Partner in Buenos Aires, Argentina, to support global HR operations and payroll processes. You will process invoices, coordinate onboarding and offboarding, and maintain Workday records across locations with a customer-focused approach.

You will collaborate with HR Leads and regional colleagues, ensuring timely HR documentation, data integrity, and adherence to SLAs. A multinational HR hub will provide guidance from Johannesburg and Chennai to support operations.
