Global HR Mobility & Immigration Lead

IUX in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior HR Specialist (Mobility, Immigration & HR Operations) to oversee expatriate mobility and ensure compliance with immigration requirements. This role is pivotal in supporting the employee lifecycle through effective HR operations, including onboarding and offboarding.

The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of HR experience, strong organizational skills, and knowledge of Malaysian labor law. A degree in Human Resources is essential, along with the ability to work independently across stakeholders.
