Global Head of Valuations -Banking

Our client is looking for an experienced valuation leader to head up their Global Valuation Control team.

You will drive independent price verification, fair value levelling, valuation adjustments (FVA/PVA), model validation, and ensure full regulatory alignment. Additionally, you will lead reporting, documentation, and audit engagement to keep our financial statements accurate and transparent.

• At least 20 years managing valuation control and methodology within Financial Markets products (FX, FXO, Rates, XVA, Commodities, Credit).
• Strong quantitative and financial modelling skills.
• Solid grasp of regulatory frameworks.
• A degree or professional certification (CPA/ACCA/CA/CFA/CQM) is preferred.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills are essential.
