Global Head of Manufacturing Test Engineering

Eltek Norway AS is seeking a Manufacturing Test Engineering Manager to lead and reshape the TE organization for future R&D and manufacturing needs. You will drive technical excellence, scalable test solutions, and data‑driven improvements across Drammen and international sites.

Reporting to the Head of R&D, you will align TE with design teams and factories, oversee test system lifecycles, and travel to sites to ensure robust, high‑quality production readiness.
