Global Head of HSE & Compliance Strategy

Nexture Group seeks an accomplished Head of Health, Safety & Environment to lead H&S&E strategy across its manufacturing footprint. The role is based in Portugal and requires hands-on leadership to drive a strong safety culture and embed best practices across sites worldwide.

You will own environmental reporting (Scope 1 & 2), ensure regulatory compliance, and align policies with group strategy while coaching site teams and building leadership capability for sustained improvement.
