Global Head of Data Analytics

Key Responsibilities

1. Metric Framework & Monitoring: Design business metric monitoring and early-warning systems; establish data reconstruction (post-mortem) mechanisms to support the assessment of overall business health.
2. Data Tooling & Visualization: Collaborate with the Data Product team to design visual dashboards (e.g., Tableau ) based on business needs, driving the transformation of data assets into functional tools.
3. User Behavior Analysis: Utilize data analytics tools (e.g., Sensors Data ) to conduct deep dives into user behavior, generating diagnostic reports and formulating actionable operational strategies.
4. Requirement Conversion: Translate business analysis needs into Data Product Requirement Documents ( PRDs ) and manage the full project lifecycle from development to launch.
