The primary goal of the Integral Head of Compliance Assurance, Monitoring & Testing is to lead the second-line-of-defense function, ensuring the rigorous, data‑driven assessment of Financial Crime controls (AML/CFT, Sanctions) across Ebury. This position is critical for strengthening governance, minimizing financial crime risks, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You will be responsible for enhancing the Quality Assurance Framework by incorporating advanced data analytics processes and AI tools to drive effective coverage.
