About the role

This role will be responsible for implementing global Visual Merchandising strategies, as well as designing and executing Trade activations across all retail environments, from counters and boutiques to pop-ups, tables, and window displays.

Based at global headquarters in Dubai, the Global Go-To-Market Design Manager will focus on structuring processes, and ensuring the execution of global VM guidelines.

Working closely with Trade Marketing and Global Design teams, this position will also adapt global campaign concepts into impactful in-store activations, strengthening brand codes and storytelling while ensuring consistency and strong visual impact across all markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement global Visual Merchandising principles and strategies across all POS formats, including counters, boutiques, and pop-ups.
