Global Financial Controller: Lead Multi-Currency Loan Book

Ezra, a fast‑growing FinTech lender, seeks a Global Financial Controller to lead accounting and financial control across multiple jurisdictions in Dubai. You will own the integrity of financial reporting for a growing loan book, manage IFRS/GAAP compliance, and drive controls, audits and finance transformation.

You will lead a small international finance team, coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors, and partner with FP&A, Treasury and Legal to support strategic decisions.
