As an Analyst in Business Change Management, you will be responsible for raising requests in internal systems, monitoring and chasing these requests to ensure timely completion, and creating and maintaining process dependent requirements. You will also manage and execute additional validation/control processes and work on projects to increase scope, controls, efficiencies, and productivity. This role requires a high attention to detail, strict adherence to SOPs, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
