Global Facilities Construction Schedule Control Manager

Responsibilities

• Accountable for driving compliance with defined global processes and procedures across all construction project activities.
• Develops and maintains comprehensive documentation, including process frameworks, audit reports, and project controls guidelines, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and accessibility for all project stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary interface between line planning, engineering, construction, procurement, and finance teams on all scheduling and risk matters.
• Partner with the BIM team to ensure 4D BIM models are aligned with construction schedules and updated throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with estimating teams on baseline schedule and cost integration.
• Lead scheduling tasks: develop, maintain, and manage fully integrated master project schedules using industry-standard scheduling tools (Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
