Responsibilities

• Recover functional and technical incidents and requests or expedite them to resolver groups within Amadeus or to third parties involved in the service provided.
• Work autonomously within defined processes, procedures or methodologies, take standard decisions, and support the development of solutions to complex, recurring problems.
• Receive instruction, guidance and direction from more senior roles or a manager, with regular monitoring of assignment status.
• May have specialized formal education or equivalent work experience and possess required technical, functional skills and basic knowledge of the business.
• Respond to Amadeus customers’ questions concerning Amadeus products and solutions (functionality, application, interactions between different solution components).
