Global Evidence Generation Lead, Intercontinental Hub

Eli Lilly and Company is seeking an experienced leader for the Integrated Evidence Generation capability at the ICH level. The role concentrates RWE, health outcomes research, and governance, benefiting from cross‑affiliate coordination.

You will work within Lilly’s VEO framework to ensure evidence priorities align with global and affiliate needs. Reporting to the AVP, ICH Strategic Capabilities & Transformation, you will partner with Country Medical Directors and IBU VEO to drive evidence
