Global Employment Counsel, Lifecycle & Escalations

Justworks in Mexico City is seeking an experienced Senior Employment Counsel to manage international lifecycle and cross-border employment issues within Justworks’ EOR offering. You will coordinate with regional counsel and operations to ensure practical, lawful outcomes across multiple jurisdictions.

You will also help build standards, training, and playbooks to scale lifecycle support while handling sensitive terminations, leaves, and employee relations.
