Global Employee Relations Consultant Policy & Investigations

Agoda is seeking a Consultant, Employee Relations to join our Global Employee Relations Team in Kuala Lumpur. You will advise managers on policy, coach on performance and misconduct, and drive process improvements across ER practices.

Based in Kuala Lumpur, you will partner with Legal/Compliance, HR Business Partners, and Senior Management to support employees in challenging circumstances, ensuring fair handling of terminations and investigations, while upholding Agoda's culture and standards.
