**Position Summary:**
The Global Emergency Planning & Response Manager serves as the strategic subject matter expert for ADM’s emergency planning and response program across global operations. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving enterprise standards, processes, training, and tools that ensure effective and consistent emergency preparedness and response.
The role partners closely with Technology Centers, Business Units, Corporate Security, Business continuity and Crisis Management, EHS, and site leadership to support regulatory compliance, strengthen risk-based programs, and drive capability and consistency across locations.
