Global Demo Analyst

The primary role of the Global HCM Demonstration Analyst is to manage the development, deployment, and maintenance of demonstration environments and strategies. The role requires working with sales, product management, product marketing, and other key stakeholders to assess impact and planning of the demonstration environment, focusing on the user’s journey through storytelling supported by demo personas. The analyst documents processes, creates training materials for the SC community, and communicates the health of the demonstration environment to the field.

Responsibilities

1. Analyze activities to define specifications for effective information systems that meet user requirements.
2. Collaborate with Product Management, Product Business Readiness, Technical teams, and stakeholders to upgrade and evaluate the demo environment as new functionality is introduced.
