Global CVRM Disease Area Head: Strategy & Leadership

Roche Basel invites an accomplished leader to head the CVRM Disease Area within the GPS team, directing large-scale, multidisciplinary groups across R&D, manufacturing and commercial functions. You will shape long-term strategy, governance and portfolio decisions to deliver sustainable pipeline value globally.

You’ll contribute to 2030 Pharma vision, manage budgets, and partner with senior leaders across divisions to drive early development of molecules/products, while travel ~30% globally.
