Global Counsel: Transactions & Governance

Chevron Corporation, based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, is seeking a Counsel/Senior Counsel to support the Enterprise Legal Services (ELS) team. The role focuses on transactional and governance work for Chevron’s global portfolio, reporting to the Supervising Counsel within ELS.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of transactional law experience, strong English communication, and a proven ability to collaborate with business clients, in-house and outside counsel.
