Global Corporate Secretary & Entity Governance Lead

Agoda is seeking an experienced Legal leader to oversee governance and management of its global subsidiaries. Based in Bangkok, you will coordinate board meetings, ensure regulatory filings, and support inter‑group reorganisations with Treasury, Finance and other stakeholders.

You will lead a small team, drive process improvements using technology, and liaise across the Legal and business functions to ensure compliance and efficient entity management.
