Global Controller

Responsibilities

• Lead and mature the global accounting organization to support a complex SaaS and payments business
• Oversee monthly close, financial reporting, global consolidations, and multi-entity accounting
• Manage internal controls, compliance, external audits, tax operations, and payroll
• Drive operational excellence by creating scalable processes and meaningful metrics
• Partner with Finance Systems to improve workflows through automation and AI-enabled processes
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing accounting team

Requirements

• CPA certification required
• 7+ years of experience leading a controllership in a high-growth technology company
• Experience with both SaaS and payments revenue models
• Experience operating in multi-entity and multi-currency environments
