Global Compensation & Rewards Leader

NestAI is seeking a Compensation, Benefits & Rewards Lead to build scalable foundations for a fast-growing company. You will report to the Head of People and Culture and own compensation, rewards and international growth strategies across markets.

You will partner with leaders to create fair, transparent pay and benefits programs, while balancing equity and growth. You will drive practical guidance, scalable playbooks, and compliant processes to support NestAI’s expansion plans.
