A global data services company in Barcelona is seeking a Global Compensation & Benefits Partner responsible for designing and managing compensation frameworks. The ideal candidate will have extensive international experience in C&B, a strong HR or business education, and excellent project management skills. The role includes advising on compensation policies and managing benefits programs to attract top talent. Proficiency in English is mandatory and knowledge of German or Spanish is a plus. This position cannot accommodate relocation.
