Global Category Manager - Nutritional Ingredients W/M

This role is responsible for leading the Nutritional Ingredients work (Spend > 25M$ growing) worldwide to support the growth of Lactalis group.

The Category Manager responsible will be part of the Global Lactalis Procurement team and will report directly to the Global Procurement Manager for biotechnology and nutritional ingredients global team based in Europe.

This is a challenging, highly dynamic role that will allow you to lead strategies and projects to optimize the quality, service, costs, innovation and cash performance of your categories. Part of this role will have as well sourcing missions in Asia area.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Define with all relevant stakeholders (Zone Procurement team, R&D, Industrial, Quality, Marketing...) the category strategy, considering the internal and external partners (Lactalis countries, Market environment, Suppliers...)
