Global Capital Equipment Strategy & Delivery Lead

Amgen is seeking an Associate Director to join the Project Controls organization in ACCP. This strategic leadership role builds and leads a new global capability that improves the predictability, visibility, and performance of capital (process) equipment delivery across Amgen’s project portfolio.

You will work across engineering, procurement, project controls, suppliers, CQV, and digital teams to create a more integrated, data-driven, and scalable approach to equipment delivery.
