Responsibilities

• Process Strategy: Define and maintain the global payroll process model, policies, and standards.
• Governance: Establish a clear governance framework to ensure all payroll activities are executed consistently and in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Process Optimization & Innovation: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement by analysing existing processes, leveraging new technology (e.g., automation, AI), and implementing best practices.
