Global AV Events Project Coordinator

Nasdaq is seeking an AV Events Project Coordinator to join our team, reporting to the Sr. Manager – Broadcast. You will help shape how we deliver high quality audiovisual support for Nasdaq Events by centralizing communication, streamlining project workflows, and ensuring seamless coordination across teams and external partners.

This role is hybrid in Mexico City, with at least 3 in‑office days per week, and offers opportunities to work with global teams across events that have wide impact.
