About the Job
We are looking to welcome a new Global Application Support Scientist for mass spectrometry to join our team in Turku. The Global Application Support Team consists of top professionals providing high-level technical and scientific support to our customers globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Responding to customer or field personnel enquiries regarding the reproductive health mass spectrometry products and related applications or their use, including troubleshooting, data analysis and technical guidance
- Product and application training of customers, field application scientists, sales, distributors and service personnel
- Site visits for higher level troubleshooting and training
- Participating in new product development projects by bringing the voice of customer in the projects and by conducting evaluations of new products
