The Cornell Cooperative Extension Orange County GleanMobile Program works to help improve healthy life choices among families and individuals encompassing all age groups throughout the Hudson Valley, working with community agencies throughout the region. The GleanMobile Donation Coordinator organizes and coordinates activities relating to the GleanMobile, a food recovery program; coordinates all aspects of produce donations including farm communications and reporting process; coordinates pick up and distribution of farm donations, assists with field gleaning programs and events in collaboration with supervisor and other team staff; gathers and delivers gleaned produce/resources with supervisor and other team staff; provides occasional guidance to volunteers and staff during gleaning events; provides scheduling; collects and maintains data.
