Responsibilities

Oversee day‑to‑day general ledger accounting activities and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.

• Execute journal entries, reconciliations, and maintain the integrity of the general ledger.
• Lead month‑end and year‑end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Review and analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Perform and review complex balance sheet account reconciliations.
• Investigate and resolve reconciling items, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within the general ledger function.
• Implement best practices and efficiency enhancements to optimize workflows.
• Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure seamless integration of general ledger activities with broader financial processes.
