What you can look forward to as GL Controller:
Preparation of financial statements (standalone and consolidated) for the entity - BS, P&L, cash flow statement & other notes to accounts/ disclosures Responsible for smooth completion of statutory audit/ limited reviews - coordination with auditors, be spoc between auditors and various functions in finance, collate required data for annual report preparation/ CARO related matters Actively monitor related party transactions, and ensure audit committee approval is available upfront for all transactions - and drive till preparing RPT schedule for financial statements Responsible for monthly book closure activities - reviewing provision entries, ICO cost reconciliations, royalty computations, extract trial balance and loading results in SAP tool for group consolidation Revi...
