Qualifications

• Advanced degree in GIE or Program Leadership preferred.
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification and experience with healthcare compliance frameworks strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of program/project management experience in a global engineering or healthcare organization.
• Proven ability to implement standardized program management practices across complex, regulated environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills in a matrixed organization.
• Travel up to 10% may be required.
