GHRSS Administrator - Interview Scheduling Analyst

**What you’ll do:**

+ Coordinate and schedule interviews, partnering with candidates, hiring teams, and interviewers to ensure a smooth and efficient process
+ Prepare and share interview-related materials, such as resumes, interview guides, and evaluation resources
+ Support candidate travel arrangements and related logistics when applicable
+ Process expense reimbursements in accordance with company guidelines and procedures
+ Manage scheduling requests and workflow activities using case management tools, recruiting systems, and Microsoft Outlook
+ Maintain accurate records and reporting to support operational effectiveness and service delivery
