Overview

The Project Integration Manager (PIM) is responsible for ensuring the seamless mobilization and integration of complex engineering and construction projects from the proposal phase to award and through execution and closeout. The PIM collaborates with senior leadership to align engineering, procurement, construction, commercial, risk and operations functions, enabling predictable project startup and successful delivery.

Project Mobilization & Readiness

• Lead and coordinate project mobilization activities from the Proposal Phase to the Notice to Proceed (NTP) and up to the first 100 days of the project.
• Identify project and contract requirements and define a multidisciplinary mobilization plan.
• Ensure early alignment of scope, schedule, cost, risk and resourcing across all functions and track mobilization performance.
