What we are looking for

The Group & Events Executive is responsible for maintaining keen attention on selling and meeting the team’s revenue goals through a warm and friendly contact with clients. He/She participates actively in sales processes and effective “sales closings” with different techniques and planning in order to meet the event wishes and expectations of clients, while respecting the hotel’s feasibility and the direct manager’s guidelines. The job of Groups & Events Executive is executed satisfactorily when:

• Constantly gather, understand and apply the knowledge of food, beverage, technical equipment and inter‑departmental procedures to the sales and planning process with the client.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date planning information and communication records for easy reference in the sales and planning process.
