German-Speaking Customer Support Specialist (Remote)

TalentPop is seeking a Customer Service Associate – German Speaker to join our global operations team and deliver exceptional support from a remote setup.

Fluency in German and English, 1+ year of customer service experience, and familiarity with Zendesk, Gorgias or Shopify are preferable. You’ll escalate issues thoughtfully and collaborate with internal teams.
