Customer Service Specialist with German (On-site to Hybrid)
Location: Sofia, Bulgaria (on-site for first 6 months, hybrid thereafter)
Salary: €1,750 gross/month + up to 10% performance bonus
Signing Bonus: €1,000 gross (€500 after training + €100/month for 5 months)
Relocation Package: €260 gross/month for the first 3 months
Start Date: 15 June
Working Hours: 40 hours/week
Schedule
- Monday to Friday: 09:00–22:00 (shift-based)
- Saturday: 09:00–19:00
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to customers via social media channels, handling pre‑sales, post‑sales queries, and technical issues
- Respond to customer enquiries within agreed service levels, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Develop and maintain strong product knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively
