German Language Specialist

Responsibilities

• Converse with language models on various language scenarios
• Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness of model outputs
• Capture reproducible error traces and document failure modes
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
• Challenge models on grammar, syntax, morphology, phonology, semantics, and pragmatics

Requirements

• Expertise in German grammar, syntax, morphology, phonology, semantics, and pragmatics
• Deep understanding of verb conjugation, case systems, word order, declensions, and gender
• Ability to provide clear, metacognitive communication and show your work
• Ability to provide own secure computer and high-speed internet

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in German language, linguistics, or a closely related field
