Geriatric Physiotherapist - Holistic Rehab & Care Planning

Abercare.sg seeks a physiotherapist to plan and deliver rehabilitation services at the Senior Care Centre in collaboration with the Centre Manager and Occupational Therapist. You will develop and implement Individualised Care Plans (ICPs) with caregivers and the multidisciplinary team, and provide both individual and group therapy across centre-based, community, and home settings.

Training staff on safe mobility and participation in case discussions are also included.
