Geriatric Care Champion | Vital Signs & Comfort Lead

Aber Care Singapore is seeking compassionate nursing professionals to support geriatric residents in daily living, monitor vital signs, change bed linen, and ensure comfort and safety during 12-hour shifts.

Eligible applicants hold at least a GCE O Level or equivalent and an IT E/Home Care or healthcare certificate, with at least two years of local geriatric care experience; prior collaboration with caregivers is preferred.
