The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating, integrating, and ensuring the delivery of strategic R&D projects in implantable medical devices, aligned with business strategy, deadlines, and regulatory requirements.

This role is not that of a functional R&D manager and does not involve hierarchical leadership of engineering or research teams, but rather that of a conductor of the execution process, ensuring that technical, regulatory, commercial, and executive areas work in an integrated and efficient manner.

1. Project Planning and Management

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring and closure of R&D projects.
• Develop and maintain detailed schedules, ensuring adherence to critical milestones and regulatory deadlines.
• Use and administer deadline, task and schedule management tools (ClickUp, Microsoft Project, Planisware, Jira, Smartsheet).
