We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Marketing Iberia to lead the overall marketing strategy and execution, ensuring strong brand positioning and sustained business growth. This role will oversee both Digital & Brand Marketing and Retail Marketing, managing two experienced managers and aligning their efforts to deliver impactful results across all channels.

Responsibilities

• Define the overall marketing strategy for TCL in Iberia, aligned with global and European objectives.
• Establish and oversee annual marketing plans, including digital, retail/trade, and branding initiatives.
• Lead and coach the Digital Marketing Manager and the Retail Manager.
• Foster collaboration with Sales, Product, and European & China headquarters to ensure marketing initiatives are consistent, data‑driven, and supportive of TCL Iberia’s growth ambitions.
