• Manage maintenance teams, mold maintenance activities, spare parts inventory, and continuous improvement initiatives to minimize downtime and improve operational performance.


• Drive equipment upgrades, automation projects, new production line installations, and manufacturing support projects while maintaining budget control.


• Develop and monitor key performance indicators including MTBF, MTTR, preventive maintenance compliance, and equipment downtime.
