We are seeking a detail-oriented Geospatial CAD Technician to join our engineering team in our Phoenix office. This full-time role supports land surveying and civil engineering projects through advanced drafting, data processing, and mapping deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop right-of-way plans, boundary plats, topographic maps, digital terrain models, and supporting exhibits for public infrastructure projects.Process and reduce survey field data, conduct records research, and compile site-specific information.Interpret and apply Public Land Survey System (PLSS) data, title commitments, easements, Arizona Boundary Survey Minimum Standards, and municipal submittal requirements.Produce accurate and high-quality deliverables using MicroStation and OpenRoads or InRoads.Collaborate with surveyors, engineers, and project teams while maintaining clear written and verbal communication.
