Specific Responsibilities

The successful candidate will serve as a senior technical contributor for Apache’s Houston-based Egypt Gas Exploration team. This role focuses on subsurface interpretation, prospect generation, and petroleum systems analysis across Egypt’s Western Desert, leveraging expertise in fluvial to shallow marine clastic systems and advanced seismic interpretation to reduce uncertainty and support exploration, drilling, and investment decisions. The position includes active involvement in drilling campaigns and field operations.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of hydrocarbon discoveries, extensive experience in complex structural and clastic depositional settings, and strong skills in seismic interpretation and well log correlation from regional to prospect scale. Success...
