Join our dynamic team as a Generator Rotor Winder, where you will play a crucial role in assembling copper coils onto large generator rotors. Imagine forming, brazing, and insulating these coils to create a powerful electromagnetic field essential for operation. You will fit and install composite blocking between the copper end arcs and secure wedges in the rotor body, ensuring the coils are held firmly in place. Throughout your day, you will conduct essential safety and quality checks, meticulously filling out electronic quality control documents to maintain our high standards.

**How You’ll Make an Impact**

+ Perform rotor winding tasks including winding, brazing, insulating, blocking, wedging, and assembling.
+ Work on both new rotors and refurbishment of service rotors.
+ Assist in hand skill areas with tasks such as assembly of shrunk-on components and deburring machined parts.
